Training

Training Sessions Our Club is based at the Pyramids Leisure Centre, on Heavitree Road near Exeter City centre. Our training sessions are currently listed below costing £25 for 1 session, £30 for 2 and £35 for 3. Registration to the Amateur Swimming Association costs £35 for first claim and £25 for second claim clubs.

We would ask that all members old and new only attend the sessions that are appropriate to them so that all members can receive the maximum benefit from each session.

Under 13’s
Sunday 18.30 – 20.00

Under 15’s
Sunday 18.30 – 20.00
Tuesday 20.00 – 21.00

Under 17’s
Sunday 20.00 – 21.30
Tuesday 20.00 – 21.00

Under 19’s
Tuesday 21.00 – 22.30
Friday 19.30 – 21.00

Senior Men
Tuesday 21.00 – 22.30
Friday 19.30 – 21.00

Senior Ladies
Sunday 20.00 – 21.30
Friday 18.30 – 19.30

Swimming Only
Wednesday 19.00 – 20.30

There will be occasions where players will be asked if they wish to participate in training with older age groups, particularly if the coaching team feel it will be for the benefit of the player and the Club.

Please be aware that training times will be affected by matches, and you should always check the Club Calendar online in advance in order to ensure that training sessions are at the above times and have not been changed.

  2. My son Oliver, is interested in playing water polo he is aged 10 at present. He currently swims in the LTT group of Exeter swimming club please can you let me know details of how he can join and what nights you train.

  4. Hello we have been told by a swimming teacher that she thinks our son Harry could potentially be good at water polo.
    He is only 8yrs old I see you do an under 13s but we wondered if he was too young.
    Any more information would be great.
